Ingredients
- •1 cup vodka
- •1 cup boiling water
- •1 package (3 oz) blue raspberry jello mix
- •1/2 cup cold water
- •1/4 cup pineapple juice
- •Fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1.Boil 1 cup of water and pour it into a mixing bowl.
- 2.Add the blue raspberry jello mix to the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
- 3.Stir in 1 cup of vodka, 1/2 cup of cold water, and 1/4 cup of pineapple juice.
- 4.Pour the mixture into shot glasses or a silicone mold.
- 5.Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the jello is set.
- 6.Garnish with fresh blueberries before serving, if desired.

- •For a non-alcoholic version, replace vodka with an equal amount of cold water.
