Blue Quebec Summer Jello Shots

Ingredients
- •1 cup boiling water
- •1 package (3 oz) blue raspberry jello
- •1/2 cup cold water
- •1/2 cup tequila
- •1/4 cup blue curaçao
- •Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1.Boil 1 cup of water and pour it into a mixing bowl.
- 2.Add the blue raspberry jello powder to the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
- 3.Mix in 1/2 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of tequila, and 1/4 cup of blue curaçao.
- 4.Pour the mixture into shot glasses or a silicone mold.
- 5.Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- 6.Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving, if desired.
Tips & Notes
- •For a non-alcoholic version, replace tequila and blue curaçao with lemon-lime soda.
- •Add a slice of lime on top for an extra citrusy touch.
