Ingredients
- •1 cup boiling water
- •1 package (3 oz) pineapple-flavored jello
- •1/2 cup cold water
- •1/2 cup white rum
- •1/4 cup pineapple juice
- •Optional: Pineapple slices or maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- 1.Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
- 2.Remove from heat and stir in the pineapple-flavored jello until completely dissolved.
- 3.Add 1/2 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of white rum, and 1/4 cup of pineapple juice to the jello mixture. Stir well.
- 4.Pour the mixture into shot glasses or a silicone mold.
- 5.Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the jello is set.
- 6.Optional: Garnish with small pineapple slices or maraschino cherries before serving.

- •For a stronger flavor, use coconut rum instead of white rum.
