Ingredients
- •1 cup boiling water
- •1 package (3 oz) blue raspberry gelatin
- •1/2 cup cold water
- •1/2 cup white rum
- •1 tablespoon blue curaçao (optional for extra color)
- •Lemon slices or zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1.Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle or saucepan.
- 2.In a mixing bowl, dissolve the blue raspberry gelatin in the boiling water, stirring for about 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- 3.Stir in 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of white rum. Add 1 tablespoon of blue curaçao if desired for a deeper blue color.
- 4.Pour the mixture into shot glasses or a silicone mold.
- 5.Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the jello is firm.
- 6.Garnish with lemon slices or zest before serving if desired.
